Heavy riffs, spacey guitars and raw, uncompromising vocals… Massive bass riding on double-bass fueled beats… EVIL RIOT is a groove monster!

Songs like „For Your Own Way“ or „Face To Bear“ combine spacey melodies and melancholic character and will, despite all heaviness, put a smile on your face. „Wasteland“ and „Again“ will fire up any moshpit in the club, while giving goosebumps to those listening on their headphones… Here, metal is being celebrated with guitars tuned bottom low, perfectly displayed in tracks like „Where I Belong“. But also Alternative Post Punk-roots can be found in songs like „Lunatic“… Of course with a modern metal touch…

Producer Andy Classen found the perfect sound for the band. Loads of punch, modern, but without loosing touch with the roots.

Heavy, atmospheric, melodious, psychedelic… That is WASTELAND, the debut of EVIL RIOT.
